Oak City Restaurant: Asian Salmon
November 09, 2009 10:09 AM
General Manager David Jenkins and Executive Chef Nelson Cumbe from Oak City Restaurant joined us this morning to share their recipe for Asian Salmon.
On Friday, November 13th the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders will be at Oak City participating in a fashion show to benefit Second Harvest Heartland. There is no charge to attend the event, but guests are asked to bring in canned food items to donate at the door. The show starts at 10pm, and after the show the Viking Cheerleaders will be on hand to sign autographs and take pictures with fans.
Oak City has locations in Bloomington & Brooklyn Center. For more information, go online to www.oakcitymn.com.
